FEED Study: Condition of Pipework & Steelwork

Challenge

To provide maintenance strategies that would enable operational life extension of the asset. Covering all uninsulated pipework, structures, and auxiliary equipment.

Solution

To provide our client with a FEED study. This included support from our project controls & inspection teams. The report included various strategy options, schedules, OOM budgets and  external condition of infrastructures  - adhering to ISO 4628-3.

Benefits

The client received a report providing the basis of a cost benefit analysis for the life extension of the asset. The external condition of all asset infrastructure was also documented, and recommended repair strategies issued to our client.
