Engineering and construction service provider, AIM Group have acquired 100% stake of Central Scotland based fabrication company, BCS.

Headquartered in the Carron Works Industrial Estate, Falkirk, AIM Group provide engineering and construction services to infrastructure and process plants throughout the UK. With an agile working approach, AIM Group draw on its highly experienced team from various areas of offshore & onshore oil and gas and other process industry backgrounds to provide turnkey engineering and construction solutions which maintains and extends the lifecycle of client assets.  
The purchase of BCS will successfully solidify AIM’s transition to a group structure.

The acquisition of the long-standing fabrication company, BCS, is a welcome addition to the ambitious growth plans of AIM group.
 

Group Managing Director, Blair McDonald says of the acquisition,
